A little hello

About Ander

I slip into the narrow space,
The cold earth’s raw and rough embrace.
It pulls me close against its stone,
Where wild and waking roots are grown.

Above, the constellations burn,
With fires that make me yearn.
The moonlight floods the forest floor,
And leaves a hunger for the core.
Lost in the dark, exposed and bare,
I drink the wildness waiting there.
